Matt "Oly" Olcen has been in the sport fishing industry for over 20 years now and has an incredible sense of when and where to fish in the Ucluelet and Barkley Sound area. Matt has been guiding up and down the British Columbia coast from the Queen Charlottes, Knight Inlet to Bamfield and has excellent knowledge of both inshore and offshore fisheries. He also has a degree Geography and Environmental Studies from the University of Victoria.
Kirk "The Captain" McCarthy was born and raised in Ucluelet, B.C., Kirk is of Ucluelet First Nations decent and grew up fishing both commercially on his uncle’s commercial salmon trawler. The "Captain," has quickly developed into one of the top guides in the Ucluelet area. He skippers a 24-foot off shore equipped Grady White
Kenny Myers was born and raised on Vancouver Island. He has spent all of his life fishing in the waters of Vancouver Island. Kenny has worked over 15 years guiding and his extensive knowledge of sport fishing on Vancouver Island shows by his catch rates. For Kenny fishing is more than a way to make a living it is a way of life. On his days off Kenny is usually on the water scouting for salmon and halibut.
Doug Lindores – a schoolteacher and a resident of Port Alberni for 31 years. Doug has been professionally guiding for 25 years in the Port Alberni Inlet, Bamfield and Barkley Sound areas. Doug knowledge of the local fisheries in the Alberni Valley is one that is only be achieved by spending huge amounts of time out on the water. One of the most prolific salmon fishing areas on the entire B.C. coast is at Doug’s doorstep.
Brad Beaith is a trained fisheries biologist and spends the off-season doing fisheries research on the B.C. coast. Brad loves showing guests some of the best fishing on the Vancouver Island, and teaching people about the fish they are catching. Brad has been fishing the waters of Vancouver Island for over well10 years, and loves his job.
Gordon Martin has been fishing the waters of southern Vancouver Island for over twenty years. Guiding year round out of Victoria and Sooke, Gord has catch rates that surprise even the well-seasoned anglers who spend time on his boat. The ability to find the fish is what Gord is well known for.
Steve Patterson was born and raised in the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island. Steve an ex-commercial fishermen whose passion for angling covers all aspects of the sport from saltwater/freshwater guiding to teaching fly-tying and casting

Gil DiCesare has been fishing the B.C. coast since 1978 covering many different areas from the Queen Charlotte Islands, Kitimat and Vancouver Island. He is an enthusiastic angler and knowledgeable guide with over 18 years of guiding experience. Gil spends the off-season working in the fishing tackle business.

John Rogers caught the fishing bug early in life growing up in Sidney, on Vancouver Island. Over the years, John has learned and developed effective methods for catching fish here on Vancouver Island. John is happy to share these proven techniques with all anglers, from kids to seniors and novices to experts.

Ken Ingram is a retired fire captain from Vancouver B.C, who spends most of his free time guiding and loves every minute of it. Ken has fished his whole life in the waters surrounding Vancouver Island from Port Hardy to Bamfield to Campbell River

Dan Lampron is an ex-navy man with a serious fishing addiction. Dan’s passion for open water, offshore fishing is one that comes from spending long hard days out on the water. Dan always makes sure his clients are entertained with some good old navy stories

Paul Grimston has over 14 years experience fishing the west coast waters of Vancouver Island. His intense passion for fishing combined with his corporate background has many guests requesting Paul's services year after year.

Jason Williamson has been fishing off Vancouver Island since 1994, working in the commercial fishing fleet and now sports fishing. Jason spends most months guiding and works in the hospitality industry during the off-season. Jay has great knowledge to inshore and offshore fishing.
